Directions
Simply pour cup boiling water over tea bag, let steep for 3-5 minutes. Best when consumed with meals. 2-3 tea bags a day.

Cautions
Contains sickle-pod senna that can act as a stimulant laxative.
Stop using the product if diarrhea, vomiting or stomach pain develops.
