Fu Zi Li Zhong is a Chinese herbal medicine for warming the middle and strengthening the Spleen. This is used for cold hand and feet along with digestive discomforts such as cold stomach, abdominal pain or fullness and diarrhea.

Suggested Use
Dissolve 1-2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2-3 times daily.
