RETURNS & REFUNDS If you change your mind on your orders or if you are not satisfied with our products, simply return the products that are unused or unopened to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue a refund once we receive the return. There's a 15% restocking fee for all the returned orders and postage or shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are only charged one shipping charge and will not be charged additional shipping to send out back ordered items. If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to the US for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 10% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from Max Nature Products, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit card. We may request an additional shipping charge to customers, depending on the size of the order and the countries the order is shipped to. We reserve the rights to cancel or modify any orders for the reasons of security and customs restrictions SECURITY SHOPPING We provide security online shopping system. Therefore, you can shop securely from a large variety of herbal remedies and other dietary supplements. SHIPPING & HANDLING Your order will be shipped within 24 hours in most cases . We charge a flat-rate of $5.95 per shipment within the U.S. regardless of the size or value of your order. There is no sales taxes added to your order if your shipping address is outside of California. Your package will arrive at your door within 5-7 business days within the U.S. For international orders, the shipping and handling charge is a flat rate of $17.95 and it usually takes 9-15 days for an order to arrive. There may be some special requirements on products, payment and amount of purchase for certain international orders. For special shipping arrangement, please contact us for details.
