For orders over $95, shipping is free. For some "Special Order" products, it may takes a 3-5 days longer to ship. There is no sales taxes added to your order if your shipping address is outside of California. International Shipping International shipping rate is classified into 3 categories: first class mail : $7.95 Up (10-12 days, Untrackable), Priority Mail $24.95 up (8-10 days, Trackable) and Express Mail: $37.50 up (6-8 days Trackable). the shipping fee will increase depending on number of items and weight of each item. Currently, we ship using the US mail only, no UPS , DHL or any other carriers We may request additional shipping fees for certain orders, normally for large items or high valued items. Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to the US for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 10% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from Max Nature Products, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit card. We reserve the rights to cancel or modify any orders for the reasons of security and customs restrictions Return due to incorrect address Customers are responsible for the postage to reship a returned package due to a wrong address given by customers. Some products are non-returnable. 3) A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied on all refunds upon receiving and inspecting returned items. 4) Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and /or exchange. The postage incurred is non-refundable. 5) We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping address. Please include a note with RA# and reason for return.
